Introduction:

I was born 8-30-1945, raised in Dallas, Texas, and served in both US Army & fbi.

After 7 1/2 years as Special Agent with fbi, I quit and pursued a law degree in order to comprehend how fbi is allowed to engage in unending felonies against political & ideological Targets with near total impunity.
My primary website at www.SOSBEEvfbi.com contains some biographical details of my life as a Target of fbi death squads. As the fbi operates above the law in a deadly & inhumane manner, I use my legal training and experience as attorney, teacher & prior Associate City Judge to present my personal & professional opinion on the serious threat to our people by confused, corrupt and murderous fbi agents.

This paper reviews some of the indications that the USA is a quasi- fascist State as evidenced by the conduct of fbi and cia agents and operatives in our society.

Also, by the fbi’s Fusion Centers the fbi controls all police & other government agencies at every level throughout USA and many parts of the world. The general population is programmed to cooperate with the fbi all the time. See my reports on harassment by people everywhere I go at the direction of fbi.

Below I present some of the indications that I observe in further support of this report.

The first section of this paper addresses the fraudulent and criminal activities by the fbi on the financial markets. Note that Congress and regulatory agencies do not investigate fbi due to fear. Anyone who reads my website, especially at “My Story In Detail” may readily understand why fear is a pervasive emotion that encourages fbi to engage in their rampant crime spree.

1)The financial markets must find new global leadership because the NYSE, SEC and other government bodies (like Congress) allow the USA intel services to defraud the world in order to finance their ongoing crime spree worldwide.

What needs to be funded?

Criminal activities by fbi operatives who torture and assassinate Targets. Bonuses for Special Agents of fbi and for their operatives & informants. Also, the slush fund in fbi offices, especially NYC & Chicago, to pay for new clothes and other rewards when the fbi agent is “Made” (a la MAFIA).

2) DEMOCRACY USA, not

The evolution of the United States of America (and its similarly empowered and closely aligned cohorts around the globe) over the past two centuries from a so-called Democracy (i.e.: government by the people) into the now well known (and universally feared as diabolical and homicidal) fascist body politic can be attributed to a not yet fully acknowledged disease afflicting billions of people during the same time period. In essence, the disease may for now be termed * 'insanity', and those suffering from the affliction continue to be in denial, even as they repeatedly engage in their violent and otherwise murderous agenda worldwide. As few call for the medical treatment of the carriers of the disease, some action must be taken to control or perhaps to cure the affliction; failure to do so invites the members of the infected class to

a) continue globally to torture, imprison and murder millions of human beings in the name of 'Democracy' and

b) ceaselessly induct and thereby enslave the rest of the world's population into their demented and flagitious ranks. In a sense these very sick human beings represent the Living Dead among us as they advance with arms extending, fingers pointing, mouths wide-opening and evil proclivities protruding:

3) As I am an ‘Intended Victim’ of the fbi’s covert death squads, see many of my papers and reports online for reports and evidence of fbi’s atrocities. In short the fbi threatens, harasses, assaults with DEW/ELF (based in deep space), tortures and forces suicide, or assassinates the Target. If the Target kills himself, the fbi watches the event on their laptop. I have survived several attempts on my life by the fbi.

4)Regarding fbi ‘Control Over the Federal Courts’ see my report below:

The fbi and USDOJ rely on the Bivens case in order to allow fbi agents to lie under oath. Links to the Bivens case are on my site at:

The USDOJ and the fbi would need to review all cases that rely on the Bivens decision, if my evidence were investigated. Many prisoners would be exonerated due to illegal and fraudulent reliance on the Bivens decision; fbi could no longer be trusted and many more innocent persons would not be prosecuted. Fbi would be dismantled.
